How to be happy EVEN THOUGH the world is getting crazier

NO! Not anymore! Not with me anymore. I've had enough!Are you fed up with judging, fighting, and being against each other?Does HIGHER, FASTER, FURTHER get on your nerves too?Are you simply longing for peace, happiness, security, joy and safety?Then you've come to the right place, then I want to take you into my world. I wake up every morning with a happy feeling and can already feel a gentle smile on my face. Great, a new WONDERful day is ahead that I can shape. My heart leaps for joy, I stretch my limbs and greet the day. It will be fulfilling again and bring lots of beautiful moments of happiness. Now you might be shouting at me angrily: "If you only knew what I have to do today! It's easy for you to say!" I understand your thoughts completely, because that's how I thought for decades. "How? And now you're suddenly jumping out of bed for joy?" you call out to me. YES! Because I love my life and NOW I consciously shape it every day.

Today I would just like to give you a few initial suggestions on how you too can be happy:


Be thankful!

"What for, for all the crap, the illnesses, the constant conflicts and the fact that there is never enough money?" you cry out again, indignantly. For the things that are WONDERFUL and seemingly self-evident. If you want to change your life, then spend one day consciously being grateful for everything that comes to mind. It could be something like this: I am grateful for my breath, which naturally nourishes my body, for my heart, which beats tirelessly, for my two healthy legs that carry me through life, for my hands that can grasp, for my eyes that discover so many WONDERFUL things in this world... I am so very grateful that I was able to sleep in a soft down duvet and the feathers kept me so comfortably warm, I am grateful to have a roof over my head and to be able to eat delicious things today. I am grateful that cars were invented and that I can get to work so easily... You can see from the examples that you can extend the list infinitely. If you want to be happier, try it consistently for one day. Become a lucky person through your new awareness!



Determine your own feeling

Would you like to feel good? "Of course!" you will answer. We have learned that thinking, speaking and acting are our tools for creating. Feelings are a reaction to what we have experienced, that is how it was explained to us. If we have experienced something annoying, we feel bad and if we have experienced something great, we feel good. That is how we have experienced it and implemented it so far. Each of us wants to have positive events in life, we learn strategies and try to achieve the best possible results with pleasant feelings. But now pay attention! In addition to thinking, speaking and acting, there is another tool: FEELING! According to quantum physics, our feelings have a powerful influence. If that is really the case, we can actively influence our daily lives. Try it out: go into the feeling of being in love. Isn't everything around you wonderful and simply great at that moment? Now think of a feeling of unhappiness. One thing goes wrong and then even more crap happens and then this too! I think you know what I'm talking about. It's also said that misfortune rarely comes alone. Let's finally stop being emotionally reactive and instead become creators of our own feelings. If you like, do a tiny exercise: sit up straight, back straight and head upright and consciously start smiling. Hold on for five minutes. How do you feel afterwards? Has it stayed the same? Or has something changed? Do you notice that you can consciously influence your emotional state? Even with this tiny exercise. We ourselves are the creators of our lives, but more about that in another blog post.



Connect with like-minded people

You are not alone! I am overwhelmed that I am meeting more and more people who feel the same way I do. They feel that the world cannot continue as it is now. They feel that instead there should be a TOGETHERNESS and FOR EACH OTHER. A world in which everyone can be who they are, simply accepted and loved. The more you love yourself, the more you can love and accept others as they are. But that brings us back to a new topic, that of self-love, which will be discussed in another blog post.
